An Unforgettable Valentine’s Experience with Cable Car SkyDining by Chef Mathew Leong

For couples looking to do something truly different this Valentine’s Day, Cable Car SkyDining offers an experience unlike any other in Singapore. This exclusive dining journey takes place aboard the Singapore Cable Car and features a 3-course menu curated by Chef Mathew Leong.
The evening begins at Dusk, where couples are welcomed with an amuse-bouche and welcome drink, accompanied by a bread service followed by Kombu-Cured Tuna Chutoro, setting an elegant tone for the experience ahead. Guests then board their cable car cabin to enjoy the appetiser and main course while gliding across the skyline. The cable car completes two scenic rounds over approximately an hour, during which couples savour the main course—Open-Fire Grilled Japanese Wagyu Sirloin, finished with a thoughtfully balanced jus—amid uninterrupted, ever-changing views.
The journey concludes at Arbora Café, where dessert is served in a relaxed hilltop setting, featuring Oolong Tea Milk Ice Cream with citrus and spice notes. Surrounded by fresh air and greenery, this final course brings the multi-venue dining experience to a memorable and satisfying close.

What truly sets Cable Car SkyDining apart is the experience itself. Couples dine 100 metres above sea level in a moving cable car cabin, creating a sense of occasion that evolves throughout the evening. Each cabin is private and reserved exclusively for the couple, offering a level of intimacy that distinguishes it from shared-cabin dining experiences.
Please note that Cable Car SkyDining is fully booked for Valentine’s Day. Couples who were unable to secure a reservation are encouraged to explore the Valentine’s Day dining experiences at Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak or Arbora @ Mount Faber Peak, both of which offer specially curated Valentine’s menus in equally romantic hilltop settings.
